1. Contract & Employment Status
1.1. Contract
An appointment paper/contract of employment is issued
to a new employee specifying salary, employments status
and terms and conditions
1.2. Employment Status ( As of June 15, 2013)
PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE
- is one hired to fill up a regular, plantilla position in
the company but who is to undergo a trial period dictated by
law to be no longer than six (6) months.
CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEE
- is one whose work is for a short duration and the
work assignment may possibly be related to the usual
business or trade of the company.
APPRENTICE
- is one who has been given on-the-job training and
theoretical study.
